Eligibility

To use AURA, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from AURA for violating these Terms.
• You must not be a registered sex offender in any jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to request verification of your age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Your Account

Account Creation

You may create an account using your email address or through a supported third-party sign-in provider (such as Apple or Google). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@appflows.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one active AURA account. Creating multiple accounts, impersonating another person, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be immediately removed from discovery and matching. Data deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How AURA Works

AURA provides a personality-first dating experience powered by artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following mechanics:

AI Personality DNA

• During onboarding, you will engage in an AI-powered conversation to generate your Personality DNA and Emotional Fingerprint.
• Your conversation responses are analyzed by AI to identify personality traits, communication style, and compatibility factors.
• The AI analysis is a computational interpretation and does not constitute a psychological assessment, diagnosis, or professional evaluation.

Blur Reveal System

• All matches begin with blurred profile photos that progressively reveal through a 4-stage system.
• Blur progression is earned through genuine interaction, mission completion, and mutual engagement.
• The reveal pace is determined by the system and may vary based on activity level and match dynamics.
• You understand that you may not see a match's full photos or profile until sufficient interaction has occurred.

Chemistry Score & Matching

• AURA uses AI-generated Chemistry Scores to suggest compatible matches. These scores are estimates based on personality analysis and do not guarantee relationship success or compatibility.
• The number of daily matches is limited and may vary between free and premium tiers.
• Matches may expire if no interaction occurs within the designated timeframe.

Confession Wall

• The Confession Wall allows users to post anonymous confessions visible to the AURA community.
• Confessions are subject to content moderation. Mutual "resonance" on confessions may generate match suggestions.
• While confessions are displayed anonymously, they are linked to your account internally for moderation purposes.

Shared Missions

• AI may pair you with another user for collaborative missions before any profile information is revealed.
• Mission participation is voluntary. Declining or abandoning missions may affect your match progression.

Near-Miss Notifications

• AURA may send notifications about potential connections, expiring matches, or other engagement prompts.
• These notifications are system-generated and designed to enhance the experience. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

User Conduct

AURA is built on respect, authenticity, and genuine human connection. You agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:

You Agree To

• Treat all users with dignity and respect.
• Use only your own authentic photos and information.
• Engage honestly and in good faith with matches and features.
• Report any behavior that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe.

You Agree Not To

Violation of these conduct rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on AURA, including photos, messages, confessions, and mission responses ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AURA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Content Standards

All User Content must comply with the following standards:

• Photos must be of you and must not contain nudity, graphic violence, or illegal content.
• Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Confession Wall posts must not target, identify, or defame specific individuals.
• Content must not promote illegal activities, substances, or self-harm.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, harmful, or detrimental to the community — without prior notice. You may also remove your own content at any time.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. AURA does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content. Your interactions with other users and their content are at your own risk.

Safety & Moderation

The safety of our community is our highest priority. AURA employs the following safety measures:

Automated Moderation

• AI-powered content filtering automatically scans messages, photos, and confessions for explicit, harmful, or harassing content.
• Screenshot detection alerts may be triggered when screenshots are captured within certain areas of the app.
• Behavioral pattern analysis helps identify potentially harmful users.

Block & Report

• You may block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot view your profile, send messages, or interact with you in any way.
• You may report any user or content that violates these Terms. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and, where applicable, by automated systems.
• We take all reports seriously and may take action including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Safety Advisories

• AURA may display safety prompts during certain interactions, such as confirming decisions made during late-night usage.
• These advisories are informational and do not create any liability or obligation on our part.

After Dark Mode

After Dark is a time-limited feature available between 10:00 PM and 3:00 AM (local time) that provides a modified experience with different interaction dynamics.

• Opt-In Nature: After Dark features are optional. You may enable or disable After Dark through the app settings.
• Modified Rules: After Dark includes faster blur reveal progression, different mission types, Whisper messaging, the Hot/Cold game, and Last Train matches. All content standards and conduct rules in these Terms apply equally during After Dark.
• Whisper Messages: Whisper allows sending anonymous messages to unmatched users. Whisper messages are subject to the same content moderation and conduct rules as all other communications. Abuse of Whisper will result in feature revocation or account termination.
• Age-Appropriate Content: After Dark does not permit adult, explicit, or pornographic content. The same content standards apply at all times.
• Decision Safeguards: AURA may present confirmation prompts for certain actions during After Dark hours. These are optional safety measures and do not represent a duty of care.

Subscriptions & Purchases

AURA+ Subscription

AURA offers a premium subscription service ("AURA+") that provides enhanced features including additional daily matches, full After Dark access, visibility into who is unlocking your blur, unlimited Whisper messages, and priority matching.

Billing & Payment

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing, you agree to the respective platform's payment terms.
• Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.

In-App Purchases

AURA offers optional one-time purchases for specific features:

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store subscription settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
• Refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms. AURA does not process refunds directly — please contact the respective platform for refund requests.
• In-app purchases for consumable items (Speed Reveal, Rewind, etc.) are non-refundable once used.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price increase and must consent to the new pricing before it takes effect. If you do not consent, your subscription will not renew at the higher price.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The AURA name, logo, Emotional Fingerprint visualizations, Personality DNA system, Chemistry Score algorithm, Blur Reveal mechanism, app design, source code, and all related trademarks, trade dress, and proprietary technology are the exclusive property of AURA and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.
• You may not use the AURA name, logo, or any associated marks for any purpose without our authorization.
• The visual design of your Emotional Fingerprint is generated by our system. While you may share your Fingerprint for personal, non-commercial use, the underlying technology and algorithms remain our property.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement such feedback in any manner without compensation or attribution to you.

AI & Matching Disclaimer

• Not Professional Advice: AI-generated personality analysis, Chemistry Scores, and compatibility assessments are computational estimates for entertainment and social connection purposes. They do not constitute psychological, medical, or professional advice.
• No Guarantee of Compatibility: Chemistry Scores and match suggestions are based on AI analysis of personality data. A high score does not guarantee romantic compatibility, relationship success, or personal safety.
• AI Limitations: Our AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results. Personality DNA profiles are interpretive models, not definitive descriptions of who you are.
• Human Judgment: AI matching is a supplement to, not a replacement for, your own judgment. Always use your personal discretion when interacting with matches.
• Continuous Improvement: Our AI models are continuously updated and improved. Your match suggestions and Chemistry Scores may change over time as algorithms evolve.
• No Identity Verification: While our AI analyzes personality traits, it does not verify the identity, background, or intentions of users. Exercise the same caution you would with any online interaction.

Third-Party Services

AURA integrates with and relies on third-party services for certain functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• Platform Services: AURA is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play Store. Your use is also subject to the applicable platform terms of service.
• Authentication Providers: If you sign in through Apple, Google, or another provider, your use of that sign-in service is subject to the provider's terms.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not control and are not responsible for their payment systems.
• External Links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through Settings in the app or by contacting us at support@appflows.co. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store or Play Store settings.

Termination by AURA

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your conduct poses a risk to the safety or well-being of other users.
• You engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• We are required to do so by law or legal process.
• We discontinue the Service entirely.

Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Your profile will be removed from discovery and matching.
• Data deletion will follow the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.
• Any unused portion of a paid subscription is governed by the applicable platform's refund policy.
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• AURA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
• AURA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HARM.
• AURA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT, PERSONALITY ANALYSES, MATCH SUGGESTIONS, OR CHEMISTRY SCORES.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL AURA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AURA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AURA, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
• Your interactions with other users, whether online or offline.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@appflows.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Antalya, Turkey, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Turkish, at the election of the initiating party.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND AURA AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized use of confidential information.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AURA concerning the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AURA.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. AURA may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

AURA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
